Far Country Wear is operated by Darrin R Holtz, a sole proprietor doing business as Far Country Wear. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit https://farcountrywear.com or place an order, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Order information — your name, email, shipping address, and phone number, so we can fulfill and ship your order. The phone number goes to the carrier, who requires one to deliver expedited shipments and may use it to reach you about a delivery.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Newsletter information — your email address when you choose to join our mailing list.
• Usage data — information such as pages viewed, interactions, device and browser information, and online identifiers collected through cookies or similar technologies. This data is not necessarily anonymous.

How we use it

• To process payments, produce, and ship your order.
• To send order confirmations and shipping updates.
• To respond to your questions and provide support.
• To send marketing email when you choose to join our list.
• To understand site use and measure store and marketing performance.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to operate the store: Stripe processes payments, Printful prints and ships orders, and Convex provides store data services. We also use Google Analytics to understand site use and Klaviyo for email signup and onsite marketing measurement.

Cookies and tracking

Google Analytics and Klaviyo may use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits and interactions. Advertising pixels for Meta, TikTok, or Pinterest load only when the corresponding service is configured; when enabled, they may receive information about visits and shopping events for measurement. Browser settings can be used to limit or delete cookies, although doing so may affect site features.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in each message. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information by emailing support@farcountrywear.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
